Since 1888, The Washington Home and Community Hospices has served our most vulnerable citizens: elderly, chronically and terminally ill people.

We help people recuperate in our rehabilitation unit to return to their homes.

We give them safe haven in our long-term care and special care units when aging and illness limit their independence.

We comfort them with hospice care through their final stages of living.

And we encircle grieving families and friends with bereavement support.
