The Washington Home employs qualified, knowledgeable, long-term care professionals. Interdisciplinary Teams include: physicians; nurse practitioners; registered nurses; licensed practical nurses; certified nursing assistants; chaplains; social workers; rehabilitation therapists; hospice and palliative care specialists; activities specialists and volunteers. Our teams focus on the medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents and patients. Our affiliations with local hospitals and healthcare facilities enable us to effectively address the more acute care needs of our residents.

The Washington Home & Community Hospices is a non-profit organization with hundreds of caregivers, professionals, and support personnel dedicated to providing high quality care for individuals who are aging, chronically or terminally ill.
