Each month The Washington Home publishes a calendar of activities scheduled to occur on each unit and for the entire facility. Activities are an essential part of life at The Washington Home. They include, as examples, arts-and-crafts, singing, exercise, a reading club, movies, and cooking. In addition, a variety of groups and individuals come to perform each week, ranging from jazz ensembles to pianists to solo vocalists. |
