What grief support services are offered people who have lost a loved one?
Families whose loved ones were served by Community Hospices are contacted by a member of the Bereavement Support Services staff, who describes the services and support groups that we offer. Our services are available for everyone who has lost a loved one whether or not they were in Community Hospices' care.
Counseling
Bereavement counselors are members of the multi-disciplinary teams that provide our hospice care. They are specially trained to help people navigate through the grieving process..
To meet with one of our counselors or to request a home visit, please call 1-866-234-7742 to schedule an appointment. Counselors are also available for phone consultations if you prefer, at the same number.
