Judy Lansing Kovler, PhD
Judy is a psychotherapist and president of the Judy & Peter Blum Kovler Foundation and has extensive experience in counseling and philanthropy focused on health, science, and humanitarian causes.
Most recently, Judy chaired the Board of Trustees of the Sibley Hospital Foundation and was a member of the Sibley Hospital Board of Trustees from 2020-2024. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Sibley Hospital Foundation where she serves on the executive committee. She is also currently a member of the Board of Directors and the executive committee of the Foundation for the National Institute of Health. And she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the DC Hospital Association.
Over the years, Judy has been a member of the Board of Trustees for many local and national nonprofit groups, including being a board member of Sasha Bruce, Inc. for over 20 years.
Judy earned a BA from Stanford University, an MSW from the University of California, Berkeley, and a PhD from Catholic University. She is married to Peter Kovler and has two sons.
