Board Vice Chair

Oak is a principal in Douglass Winthrop Advisors, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisory firm.

Prior to joining Douglass Winthrop, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner at the Grosvenor Funds, a Washington, DC- based venture capital firm where he made and managed venture investments in early-stage technology and healthcare companies.

Oak currently serves as Vice Chair of The Washington Home and has previously served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance, Investment and Compensation Committees of the board.

He also serves on the Board of the Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation as a member of the Execute Committee and Chair of the Finance committee.

Oak received an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a BA from The George Washington University.
