Phyllis Dillinger

Emeritus, Senior Executive

2016-2024: For eight years Phyllis was the driving force behind TWH’s mission and operations, including spearheading the transition in 2019 from The Washington Home & Community Hospices to The Washington Home charitable foundation, where she oversaw the management and annual distribution of the endowment.

She has more than 30 years of international and domestic experience working with new venture start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and more. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University.

Phyllis’ dedication to meet and support so many local leaders and organizations successfully enabled the Foundation to grow and make a profound impact in all Wards of the City.
