“Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to The Washington Home, a tax-exempt private foundation recognized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, whose Federal Tax Identification Number is 53-0196647, to provide funding to section 501(c)(3) public charities delivering [charitable hospice care] [caregiver relief] [senior programs] in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.”
